- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The people that answer the phones aren't well educated in the area they work. I have yet to have one be able to correctly or completely answer any question. They are rude, I have actually had to ask a woman to please let me finish my question! They tell me my antibiotic needed to be ordered and it would take a day...then I go to pick up and no one bothered to call me and tell me it would actually be FOUR days from when it was called in.
